TITLE: Architectural Project Manager (Job Ref#: APM01)
DUTIES: Coordinate all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and costeffective execution of assigned projects through all phases of development, including Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration. Estimate fees, determine scope of work, prepare proposals and contracts, and monitor adherence to terms. Actively manage client budgets, schedules and programs, project communications, documentation, and project team assignments. Serve as primary contact liaison to bring the schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion and to the client’s satisfaction.
SALARY: $142,896 / year
WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours / week (from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.)
LOCATION: 3426 Prairie Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33140
REQUIREMENTS: Master’s in Architecture or related field plus two (2) years of experience in any role/position/occupation in construction and/or architecture. Experience must include: Coordinating all project efforts, administrative and technical, through all phases of development; Utilizing drafting techniques in Autodesk software (AutoCAD and Revit) for precise architectural drawings; Employing 3D modeling techniques with SketchUp and Enscape to create detailed visualizations; Using agile methodologies, coordinating with clients, contractors, and consultants; and Ensureing quality control and adherence to design specifications.
