The Art of the Finish
At Mirador, we believe the finish of a space is just as important as its architecture. Our team specializes in artisanal painting techniques that bring depth, movement and character to interior and exterior surfaces.
From traditional limewash to custom textured and decorative finishes, each application is approached as a craft — carefully considering the material, color, light and surrounding architecture.
Crafted by Hand
Leading Mirador Design's specialty painting and finishing work is Agapito Rivera, a skilled artisan painter whose experience and craftsmanship are behind many of the distinctive surfaces found throughout our projects.
Agapito specializes in limewash and decorative painting techniques that require careful preparation, layering and hand application to achieve a finish that feels natural rather than manufactured.
His work is an integral part of Mirador's design-build process, allowing our team to develop custom finishes specifically for each space rather than relying solely on conventional paint applications.
